After more than 2 year working here the boss finally upgrade me to lvl 2.. got a little bit (bout 10% inrement).. Now I had reach the salary target that I set and can oredy purchase a car if i want to.. and i also can start looking for a new job if i want. Since I know my salary for next year already :).. 30% increment is all i look for..
and i notice the boss makes a remake on yammer on quota merit and all.. syg that he had capable and markatable staff but theres only room for one.
