We had cover his engagment, his sister wedding and now his wedding. Finally, Our co founder mior azral long awaited date is finally over, now he can scream with joy. Thus, its the job for the other two founder to shot him. We did it with our future trainee, irfan wielding miors dslr and helmi on the camcorder. Both are mios cool cousin. As usual we had a magical bond with the ipoh family. We had covered two jobs for them, and sometimes we hangout at mios parents house if we had something to do in Ipoh.
We took leave on Friday, 2nd February. Mijie drive after we had lunch at his fav place,wong solo. We fetch mio at his house, and he shows us the masjid and his fiance's home. We think that additional lighting is not needed in the masjid, thus we plan to light the house.
After that we crash at the hillview hotel. Mior had a surprise for us. A welcoming picture complete with cartoon and a few jajans.
We slept to rest our body a bit. Then just before Magrib we're ready at the masjid. Theres 3 couples including Mior. Mior is the first one to akad and he had no problem at all. I expected the worst since hes gagap when hes gabra. The other two is not as lucky. Siap kena marah lagi dgn tok kadi garang. Mior give me a petua. Salam dan mintak maaf dgn mak ayah dulu sebelum akad. Nescaya tenang.
After the akad we went to Sazzys house for sarung cincin and then malam berinai . Tukar baju hijau pulak. The pelamins are huge - this is a double celebration after all. Combine sazzy with his brother. It cost RM4k including baju according to mior.After covering the event we crash.
Second day - 3 dec
In the morning we cover the makeup at the butik pengantin. Try to use leather glove to remove the stuck lens cover from my lens but without any success. We leave the shooting to Mior, not going to see his wife aurat :).
After that we went to the Sazzys' shooting behind the scenes and etc. Wait for the penangtin to arrive and shoot some more. The theme for the day is Violet. Shoot shoot shoot and then we went to taman botani for outdoor. This time we're with a loving couple who work together as photographer. Siap pgl sayang2 lagi. The taman is quite huge. Penat to cover all the area. Ikan pun besaq besaq.
At night we cover the potong kek event. The theme is white. Its the first time we heard mior covering XPDC's Sakinah - with his own version called Sazidah. The usual amok grindcore style that we know. ppl asked.. naik sheikh ke?
Third day - 4 Dec
For the last day we cover Majlis bertandang at Dewan Rapat Setia. In the morning we setup the light at the dewan. Migi the perfectionist took a long time to make it perfect. Then make up at Sazzy's house where we met the photographer Qal3rcube, that we worked with before at Amz wedding. Then the rombongan went to Dewan Rapat Setia by the yellow school bus.
Cover the event and ask some interviews- inc ehem Nana. Amr, Rit, Anam n Kamal was there too. Mior sang Sazidah once again and rock the stage. After all that, we went to Kuil Ke Lok Si and had outdoor session there. Theres a garden , Salem cool planet inside the area. Lepas hantar Mio and the barang, kami balik.
