Our business is growing and we are tired.
4 weeks back to back.. you gain some and you lose a lot.
Shooting is easy.. but editing is another story. It needs concentration and patience. And some mood too.
Thus to make it easier for us we are setting a new target for 2012 in order to balance our work/business/life.
1. No more working on friday.
In this country ppl loves to nikah on friday. Almost 50% of couples do. Yes, we will had 50% decline in sales but that will lower the demand for our service a bit just as we intended it to be :)
2. Target maximum of 2 project per month.
One project is enough. 2 project will leave us with some room to breathe, thus maintaining our quality.
3. Limit outstation job
This can be done by increasing our mileage claim. Its tiring to travel and work at the same time. Thus I think we should limit our area to KL and Ipoh. Except for special cases - close friends and relatives.
