Today i finally get a taste of Kak Sham famous nasi lemak kg baru. I spend weeks trying to find the spot from blogs, location and maps. However its closed. Today I lerned that Kak Sham was on vacation in vietnam for 3 weeks. Thats why its closed..
nothing to shout about.. air is too cair.. nasi is ok and they had kangkung but nothing special.
I also tried sate minang and nasi goreng medah at restoran rose. Sate minang with kuah minang is identical to what I had before. I plan to do a rebel JJCM show and one episod will focus on sate alone ~ sate melayu, sate minang, sate rawon jowo & sate bar.
Btw nasi goreng minang is super spicy. Like they cook it with chilli paste..
Next time Imma try teh minang, ayam penyet and pecel there
