The southern misadventure

Next week i had to be stationed in JB for a week so I figure out why not arrive there earlier and do some sightseeing in Singapore. Contact my frined Mijie who is still in Kluang and he like that idea. He even offer me a free accomodation at the hotel where he stays.

So at Thursday I bought ticket to Kluang form RM25.10. Bukit Jalil area is crowded and full of promoters. On Friday I had to skip my prayee\r to make sure that I can pack all my stuff. After work I walk to the lrt pandan indah with my 3 bags at 7. Theres nobody at home to send me there since they are not home yet. The lrt arrives as soon as I was at the station. I was on the train as soon as the buzzer to close the door rang. The same thing happen in Chan sow lin. The train to Bukit Jalil arrives as soon as I set my foot there.

Arrive in bukit jalil. Perform my Magrib prayer since I still got time. At 8 I had my lunch since the owner of the stall convince me that he can make it fast. At 815 I went to the platform and check the bus to Kluang. I boarded at 830 pm and along the journyey they played "Surrogates" which is boring. I try to concentrate in the beginning but failed after the first 30 minutes. I was there to watch the ending though. I arrive Kluang at 1200 pm. So the journey took about 3 and a half hour. Luckily the prime hotel is very near to the bus station. Mijie is at room 1313 and hes roomate is returning to KL so there is extra bed.

On Saturday Morning, we walk to Kluang Train Station. Its my first time trying the legendary Kluang Railway Coffee. Lots of people are there. I had my nasi lemak, kopi o and two roti steam. The roti steam is very nice. Nasi lemak sambals is just nice while the coffee o taste good, not too bitter like other coffee and theres no  caffeine effect that could affect my bowel movement.

Train ticket from Kluang to JB cost Rm16. We boarded at 844 and arrive Singapore woodland at about 12pm. Took a bus to woodland mrt/irt for sgd1. There we went to City Hall. Visit esplanade and take some pics at the merlion. Next stop is Sommerset 313. Went to Uniqlo. I purchase 3 shirts for about sgd 29. Had KFC for lunch. Which is busuk. Then we took mrt to Bugis. Solat at Masjid and went to Kg Glam. Look at the Silat exhibition and drink some tea at Mak Esah corner. Miji bought some souvenir.I broKe the sole of the shoes that I wear.

Then we went back to Kranji via the other way. Took bus to Woodland, and theres a lot of ppl at th custom. We decided to walk along the causeway. Little that we know, they had close the road for pedasterian after they open the new CIQ building. We had to take a very busy and dangerous route, crossing the bus lanes just to get to CIQ. Very tiring and I vow never to do it again. Then we take taxi to larkin. I purchase a cheap croc imitation for Rm30. Board the bus to KLuang at 930.

Arrive the hotel and sleep.

Next day.

initial plan is to climb the gunung something but it had been cancelled. So I spend the day sleeping in the hotel. Went for lunch at nasi ayam haji ali. Had a hair cut n wash for Rm36. Clean all the kelumumur.

Went back to JB at 430. Arrive at about 6. Had sate rawon and went streighg to hotel after that.
